Henry Hochberg placed third in his division during a recent Skills USA competition

Henry Hochberg, a senior at Concord High School and Concord Regional Technical Center, prepares croissants for a recent Culinary Tech class following his competition at Skills USA, which all CRTC students compete in by field. This year’s New Hampshire competition was held at the Seacoast School of Technology. Hochberg placed third in his Culinary Arts group where he had to show knife skills as well as prepare a dish from a list of provided recipes in a limited amount of time.
