This is Coleman-Larsen’s fifth season rowing with Concord Crew, a regional program for middle- and high-school students interested in “competition, team building, fitness, community service and, yes, fun,” according to the organization’s website. The Sunday morning regatta was slated to draw competitors from Bedford High School, Central Crew Club, Hollis-Brookline Crew, Pinkerton & Memorial High School, Londonderry High School and Great Bay Rowing. The next two Concord Crew competitions will be the Waterworks Regatta in Auburn on Saturday, Sept. 26, and the Textile River Regatta in Pawtucket, RI, on Oct. 4.
