George Segura, a sophomore in Journalism, looks for a few good photos during a class exercise Wednesday, Sept. 29. Journalism students and Yearbook Club members have both been especially active of late, taking advantage of Club Fair and Homecoming events to gather pictures for Concord High’s online student newspaper and for its full-color yearbook, The Crimson. Fall is a particularly busy time for Yearbook Club members. They recently held a cover design contest and are currently designing opening pages. Ordering is also underway. The current low cost of $78 increases on Oct. 22 to $83 per copy. Upcoming Yearbook Club meetings will be announced on CHS Live. Students can also follow the Yearbook Club on Instagram at concord_highschool_yearbook or on Facebook @concordhighschoolyearbook.
