Prem Dhakal plays basketball at West Street Park in Concord on a recent Tuesday afternoon. While Dhakal has been playing basketball for five years, this particular day marked his first time playing outside this spring. “I love playing basketball outside and getting to run,” he said. “I am glad the weather is getting hotter. Than means I get to play more outside.”
