Coffee House next Friday!

Coffee+House+next+Friday%21

Members of the Concord High School community will showcase their creative talents at next week’s Coffee House, scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. in the Lecture Hall Friday, April 5.
Performances will include music, poetry, dance, drag and whatever else makes students unique.
Other students will share art that they have created.
Coffee House is in an open and accepting club. All students are welcome, regardless of talent. On its club page on the CHS website, advisor Rachel Sargent describes the goal of the non-competitive group as “to have fun supporting, the wonderful diversity of talent and interest at CHS.”
To enter the event, students sign up at the door. Each participant has a 5-minute time slot for performance.
Slots go first come first serve, so students are encouraged to show up on time in order to secure a slot.
Food and beverages will be provided by Panera Bread. Donations to support the club will be accepted at the event.
Sargent is looking for additional help for the event, so there is a meeting this Tuesday, April 2, at 2:45 p.m. in Room E339 to finish preparations.
