Concord’s own Andrew Nadeau placed second in the 100m dash out of 29 runners from Concord, Nashua North, Nashua South, and Hanover high schools Friday, May 23, running a 15.1 at Memorial Field.
Thomas Boyce also placed in the event, running a 15.9 and taking fourth.
Matt Audet, Nick Battles, Kathleen Carberry, Brianna Carnes, Sean Daley, Desiree Dubuque, Max Rand, Jeremie Stratton, Kendall Thompson and partner athletes Michael Shea, Liz Sinotte and Heather Stiles all ran great races as well.
In the 200m, Nadeau placed third with a time of 28.77. Gabbie Bougie, Thomas Boyce, Sean Daley, Arriane Lupango, Jeremie Stratton, Connor Reid and partner athletes Kyle Mann and Daniel Lawrence also represented Concord High School in this event.
Concord Unified athletes also competed in the 4×100 relay with three teams and earned first, third and fifth places out of eight teams total. Gabbie Bougie, Michael Shea, Kathleen Carberry and Heather Stiles ran a 1:22.4 and placed first.
Desiree Dubuque, Daniel Lawrence, Brianna Carnes and Jeremie Stratton ran a 1:22.01 and Kyle Mann, Nick Battles, Liz Sinotte and Connor Reid ran a 1:30.43.
In the Long Jump competition, Desiree Dubuque led the CHS Unified team with a jump of 8’5”. Other competing teammates were Matt Audet, Nick Battles, Gabbie Bougie, Thomas Boyce, Kathleen Carberry, Brianna Carnes, Sean Daley, Arriane Lupango, Andrew Nadeau, Max Rand, Connor Reid, Jeremie Stratton and Kendall Thompson.
Gabbie Bougie, Connor Reid, Desiree DubuqueJeremie Stratton placed first in the Shot Put out of 29 athletes from Concord, Nashua North, Nashua South, and Hanover high schools. He threw a personal best of 26’8”. Thomas Boyce placed third, throwing 22’2”.
Matt Audet, Nick Battles, Gabbie Bougie, Brianna Carnes, Sean Daley, Desiree Dubuque, Arriane Lupango, Max Rand, Connor Reid, Justin Wilson and Kendall Thompson also represented CHS in this event.
