Concord High School senior Serina Ju pours water into a large beaker for an AP Environmental lab. “I love this lab!” she said. “I love when we put the food coloring in and mix it up. It looks so cool!” Reading through the lab instructions, Ju explained that the point of the lab was to show how much water ends up in certain countries and areas of the world, and what that water is used for. “It’s very interesting to see how little water is used for things like agriculture, or just water to drink.”
