Volleyball+tournament+Friday

The Junior Class will host a school-wide volleyball tournament Friday, Nov. 17, from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Concord High School gymnasium.
There is no admission fee for viewers and supporters.
Competitors paid an entry fee of $5 dollars per person to form teams of six.
According to social studies teacher Rebecca Tancrede, who advises the Junior Class, sign-ups were held in the Student Center starting the week of Nov. 6.
Students in all grades were invited to form teams.
Awards will be given Friday to the team that finishes first, the best-dressed team and the team with the best spirit.
“The volleyball tournament is a tradition,” said Junior Class officer Dasha Savelieva. ” It helps raise money for prom and all the juniors’ senior year events!”
“This year I will not be participating in the event,” Savelieva said. “I’ll be hosting it to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has fun!”
People with questions can e-mail Tancrede at [email protected].
